Why should my company focus on wellness?
The cost of healthcare now exceeds $3 trillion annually in the United States, and accounts for over 17% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) ¹. Additionally, less than 3% of Americans meet the basic qualifications for a “healthy lifestyle,” according to a recent study². These are just some of the statistics that inspired us to create Concierge Wellness. Supporting the health and wellness of your workforce is not only beneficial for your company, but for the state of health throughout the country.

Is participation in the program mandatory?
No. Our program is completely participatory, eligible employees are not mandated to join the program. Our implementation team will walk them through the benefits of participating, but it is not required.

How long does it take to implement the Concierge Wellness Program?
The implementation timeline is dependent on your company’s size, but the process can take as few as 4 weeks. This time frame gives our team the opportunity to create your platform, identify your company needs, plan the enrollment and educate your team on the system.

Is my company's enrollment dependent on our major medical plan renewal?
No. One of the benefits of Concierge Wellness is that our program is not dependent on your major medical plan renewal! We can implement at any time of the year, and can work with you to identify any benefits changes you might identify when your plan renewal comes around.

How can I engage my employees in their health?
Our team will work with you to identify the best communication strategy for your employees. We also have a robust engagement plan that we can distribute to your leadership team post-enrollment.
